General Terms of Service

Using the platform's services constitutes confirmation of full acceptance of the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to the document's content for important technical or legal reasons. Users will be informed of significant modifications with appropriate advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes their acceptance.

Formal Requirements The platform user can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles results in immediate access blocking.

Identity Verification During registration, the user must provide true and current personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming identity. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a lawful manner. It is strictly forbidden to exploit technical errors, use bots, attempt to hack systems, or share the account with third parties. Publishing offensive content or content that violates the rights of others is categorically prohibited.

All financial operations are subject to security procedures. The user may make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. The use of funds from illegal sources is reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. Any operational fees, if applicable, are communicated before finalizing the transaction.

The user acknowledges that using the platform's services involves the risk of losing financial funds. We do not provide any guarantees regarding a positive outcome of interactions or achieving financial benefits. The service is provided as is. Prudence in using the services is the sole responsibility of the user.

All content published on the service, including texts, graphics, and source codes, constitutes the intellectual property of the operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying or distributing these elements without written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or hardware failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the effects of force majeure or for errors resulting from incorrect use of the platform by the recipient.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of the terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Polsce. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by contacting the support department.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties commit to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the common court competent for the operator's registered office.
